It’s true…Life is Hustle and Bustle. It happens to you very often especially when you are contemplating thousands of loads in one mind. But our cornerstone of inner well being is always left to be understood. We always underestimate it. the point is that we always pay heed to our physical health , money, professional success, big house, beautiful looks bla bla keeping the inner health to the back burner.
Of course understanding and nurturing inner well-being is a paramount thing for our life. Just think for a moment why don’t you not navigate the mental landscape and harmony just to foster them into you forever.
It’s essentially good to concentrate on your acknowledgement towards your attitude towards your daily life. Here self awareness is the prime thing that you should understand first without being prejudiced to it or without being judgmental of it. Always remember sadness, anger, resentment, depression and anxiety are found inculcated in every human being. The important thing to note down is how you are handling these things and designing your life as per your way. There are many ways, tools ,techniques and practices with which one can cultivate awareness in your mind. Here emotional intelligence comes into picture the more intelligent you are the less panic you are. There may be triggers, thoughts, and your emotional responses within you which reflect from time to time when situations arise, and you find yourself quite fragile to confront these things. Whatever the problem comes you would not be ready to manage and the reactions come automatically. The reason behind that is the practice and training which you have never given to your mind. You must have heard a very good saying that practice makes a man perfect.Yes, definitely, it works. It is just honing your other skills.Train your mind to say no and also hear and accept no.Foster your abilities not your negativity. Regulate yourself as per your will power not by outer force. Just learn how to regulate your impulsive character which is not the one day crop. It took years to grow in your mind so just have patience to foster deeper connections , meaningful emotions.
Empathy would enable you to understand others in a better way. Suppose you are not ready to handle now , just leave it for now , sit simply relaxing ,gradually engage yourself with some creative outlets and learn self care. It is true that you must have forgotten how to care for yourself. Sharing feelings can be a good idea as it alleviates the emotional burden and distress. It is also true that if you are trying to just enjoy with those tricky or short term relaxing things such as watching movie, travelling a lot, going on long drive, smoking, alcohol, celebrating parties this is not gonna be a good therapy, yes it can give you a short term coolness but in long term you would be the prey of sadness again.So just focus on what requires the most, that is to train your mind. it will have a long and stable impact on your mind.
So just don’t hesitate to reach out for support when required by you. Prioritise self care practices which would nourish the mind and soul. Setting out boundaries for yourself is good. Challenges are everywhere as life is full of setbacks so pursuing creative outlets would cultivate resilience within you to understand your emotional well being.
Have the attitude to gratitude. No matter how small has been done to you feel gratitude be grateful for that. Nothing is persistent here in this world or in life so let the feelings of sadnesses, grudges and resentment come because they often come and go but life goes on.
